Booked this place day of when my initial plan fell through, and ended up being a very smooth and positive experience! Was a little bit confused by the process of submitting my information in order to get check-in information, but was able to message someone to help me out immediately. They were very helpful and patient, and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth from there on out. The location was perfect— nearby tons of things to do and very walkable, but on a quiet street. The room itself was simple and comfortable— bed was comfortable, everything was clean and plenty spacious for two people. I mistakenly left my jacket in the room when I checked out, and was able to message customer service to get it back immediately, they were incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place.
