Friendly staff and very nice hotel

Great location if you are planning on going to Venice. Really close to all types of transportation. However it was hot in the room and a/c didn’t seem to turn on and noisy outside during the night.

The staff that work here is phenomenal. They are always there to give you reminder, show you the tourist spots for the city.

Wir waren zu zu einem Kurztrip in Venedig und hatten diese Unterkunft als Basis gewählt. Das elegante Zimmer in Retro-Styl war sehr angenehm. Bushaltestelle direkt über sie Straße mit super Anbindung. Die Umgebung wirkt im ersten Moment etwas befremdlich, aber echt in Ordnung. Der Clou ist allerdings der gute Geist des Hauses, Lorenza! Ihre Tips und das Frühstück kombiniert mit ihrer Herzlichkeit, unbeschreiblich gut. Danke!

Cute little place and the owner/manager was super attentive to our needs and really pleasant.

We stayed at this property for one night before and one night after our cruise. It is somewhat isolated but don't let the location fool you. The staff and the accommodations were great. This property is an intimate, BnB type place. The owner was friendly and informative. The daily breakfast options were very good. The train station is a couple of blocks away from the property and it was less than 15 min to Venice. Highly recommend.

The hotel is now in a different condition to the pictures. We felt the area was a bit unsafe to walk around, and the restaurants nearby were not the best. The hotel staff were excellent and the room was clean. The wifi was very hit and miss. The location to the train station that takes you into Venice was about a 10 minute walk using the underpass, again dirty and felt unsafe. Would we stay there again, probably not.
