No reception! Only whatsapp assist, that take so long and no help. AC not working, send me a message about they gonna provide fans. No fans were in the room. 3 min after checkout I wrote message that I forgot something in fridge, pin code to open door didnt work, support on whatsapp didnt figure it out after 3 hours-really bad

Gute Lage für unseren Besuch (Konzert)

Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert, nur 6 Sender und davon dann nur Teleshoppingsender. Dieses problem konnte nicht gelöst werden. Sehr schade.

location is good if you wish easy transport facilities. bus stop is nearby. but if you need peace, this is not the place as every few hours here and there you keep hearing road traffic horns and fire vehicle sirens.

the bathroom heater was not working, they responded a little late. The room was small and all very dark coloured walls making it look even smaller. In my whole stay duration there was a smell of some paint as if some painting work is going on. the people who are cleaning the rooms are making so much noise while roaming, door banging noise. overall my stay was not pleasant. Also there is no staff who is taking care of the snow / ice accumulation just outside the staircase of the building, noone is trying to clear that. when we reach there was ice accumulated and which was extremely slippery and this was during the whole stay. noone cared to clear the pavement just below the stairs of main building.

Habe schon mehrere Male dort gewohnt, sowohl alleine als auch mit meiner Frau. Immer voll zufrieden gewesen. Inzwischen gibt es noch für die Gäste einen kleinen Willkommensgruß in Form von Bier/ Limo/Chips/ Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank. Sehr nett. Ansonsten gibt es ein ausreichend großes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, bequemes Bett, helles Duschbad. Ganz in der Nähe verschiedene Schnellrestaurants, Supermarkt und S-Bahn Station. Gute Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in/ Check-out und aus meiner Sicht ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
