The property had a wonderful, spectacular view. The access to a garage was nice and convenient. Loved all the space in the apartment. Did not like the drive up all the winding roads. Also did not like having the first garage. Parking in it was a hassle from the steep slope and narrow driveway.

The view from terrace was amazing. There’s a garage.

They charge for wifi, probably because the reception up there is not so good.

The views were absolutely stunning, worth the trip along. Loads of space for a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. Small pool, but clean and good for a splash about in to cool down.

Directions to access keys could be better - when you get to the place according to Sat Nav, basically go back down the hill 2 bends to a row of garages. Key box is there. Tight turn to access garage, but we had a small car, so ok. With a good clean and spruce up, this would be a solid 9. Need a car to get around, you’re basically at the top of a cliff.

The location is amazing for the view. But unfortunately the local bus has really few working hours. And the local taxi were always busy . So we had to accommodate our plans around the bus timetable.

Loved everything about it, the road from Varenna, the view, the balcony, sleeping arrangements, welcome box.

Amazing views. Lovely home with everything you need.Directions to property perfect.we went to Como, saw views from ferry boats, had great meals, local, restaurants and went to top of mountain to explore. Would definitely come again!

Very picturesquely located facility. Silence. A comfortable kitchen (only wine glasses were missing), Garden set - great for charming breakfasts. Nice and large beds. Beautiful view of the lake. Private garage and swimming pool!! Great stay. Recommended for 5-6 people. Very good place to explore the whole lake Como.

The apartment was cleaned but probably not used for a long time (some cobwebs). Not easy to get to at night - but enough tips. Getting around - only by car. The exact coordinates are in my opinion: 46.0168858,9.2957939

1. the location is not good you need to drive AT LEASET 10 minutes from bottom to the house. 2, it is DIRTY. The blankets are not clean and also the beddings! The owner isn’t paying attention to the details. The furniture are old, n not taken care of. the garage was not clean… 3, the owner only provided 4 beds for stay, n, another one sofa bed was not usable, everything was not proper. 4, no basic kitchen ingredient such as salt… 5, IT IS EXPENSIVE WITH THE QUALITY IT PROVIDES
