Building is large residential/hotel with different names. There is parking lot downstairs but tends to get full during the weekends. They have another offsite parking lot available. This studio apartment is super clean and location couldn't be better. Front of the hotel is harbour and sea. Couple hundreds of meters behind is very busy local market area. Only challenge is the check in. You need to install app to your phone to get key code. That didn't work out easily. Person on the phone was very helpful but speaks only Korean.
비대면이지만 신속한 서비스.
조금 작은 사이즈인데 사용하기는 무리 없음. 다만 컵, 실내화가 각각 하나씩 뿐이었음. 그리고 건물주차장을 이용하지 못해서 주차하고선 출차를 못 하였음. 외부주차장이라 주차권이 1회밖에 발행이 안되니까...아쉬웠음. 가격은 주말이라 비쌈. 시장 옆, 청초호 옆이라 위치는 좋음

시설이 깔끔하고 이용이 편리하게 되어 있어 좋았습니다. 주차장은 늦은 시간에 도착하여, 건물이 아닌 외부 공용 주차장을 이용하였지만 카운터에서 확인하니 주차권을 받아갈 수 있었어요. 전반적으로 만족스러웠지만, 가장 중요하게 생각하는 청결면에서 화장실 바닥에 치워지지 않은 머리카락이 매우 찜찜했어요
4인 가족 숙소 찾기가 쉽지 않았는데 가격 대비 매우 만족합니다. 침대가 3개인것이 가장 만족스러웠어요! 숙소 내 불편사항을 문자 드렸더니 바로바로 해결해주셔서 편하게 이용했습니다. 청초호와 오션뷰가 좋았어요!
룸에 냉장고와 냉동고, 세탁기가 있다는 것 아주 좋아요…
인테리어 및 전망이 좋았고, 무엇보다 침대가 정말 편안했어요. 최성수기 주말 저녁 체크인이라 주차도 걱정했는데 생각보다는 수월했네요. 속초중앙시장도 가까워 먹을거리 사기 좋구요. 다만, 바다 옆 숙소인데 수영복 말릴 건조대가 없어서 아쉬웠고, 엘리베이터가 오래 걸려 체크아웃할 때 한 30분 기다렸어요.
