Holiday was cancelled on the day of check in by host. Missed a phone call morning of and received email saying ring this number. Called number and no one answered so requested a call back. Few hours later got a call back to be told holiday had been cancelled by host. (Bearing in mind this was now early afternoon and we all packed and ready to go). Reason for holiday to be cancelled was because not enough nights were booked. They told me that I will receive refund for the booking. I have had no correspondence on this. Host has not replied to any messages I have sent and I have no idea what to do next. What is frustrating is I searched for specific dates and duration, and if their policy didn't match this then why did it appear and allow me to book. Host was happy to get money and paid for holiday with no problem. I even recieved message from host saying they are doing a final check of booking (why wasn't issue picked up then) and then received messaged confirming booking and confirmation of payment. Very disappointed and gutted we missed a last minute get away with family.
