狭く感じた

チェックインの時の対応良かったです

4階の部屋でしたけど御堂筋線の真横なので少し騒音で寝不足気味でした。

フロントの方は親切丁寧です。設備も値段に見合ったもので、不満なし。ただ、エアコンの吹き出し口から見える中が、ホコリとカビだらけだったので、清潔さの点で星２つです。

Good value, all you would expect for an APA hotel. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road, and was delicious. Location was quite convenient, near metro station.

Could often be a very long queue for the breakfast - sometimes more than half an hour waiting before being able to get a seat at peak times and weekends. The cafe that provides the breakfast service does not give priority to APA hotel customers with the breakfast reservation, so I needed to wait quite a while on most days of my stay. The food was great, but just good to plan to go at the earliest possible time if you are in a hurry. Also, no hotel coin laundry. Need to use a coin laundry down the road, which was quite expensive.
