Staff were obliging and helpful when required. Facilities basic with tiny bathroom.

Warning this is SMOKING hotel and our room and especially the corridors reeked of fowl toxic cigarette smoke. It caused eye discomfort and irritation and induced coughing. The room retained the stench of previous smokers using it. We complained and were provided with air freshener that was totally ineffective. BookING HERE beware this was probably mentioned in the booking information process but we must have missed it.It ruined an otherwise nice visit. Booking .Com must alert potential stayers in Japan that some hotels especially Business Hotel openly have smoking permitted in rooms waiting areas and even restaurants / breakfast facilities. This is banned everywhere in Australia and a very serious health risk. WARNING

La pulizia, entrati nella hall sotto ai divanetti c’era tantissima polvere, la stanza aveva la polvere e non erano stati puliti bene i mobili, per sbaglio ho prenotato una stanza fumatori ma la puzza era impressionante.

目的地や繁華街に近くて便利でした。

喫煙部屋なので仕方ないですが、タバコ臭かったこと。
