I have no complaints.

Picture on the website look great, but they create false expectations. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we entered the room there was a very strong petroleum/chemical smell throughout. We reported it immediately, and staff came to acknowledge the issue, but nothing was done and we were not moved to another room. The elevator also had a strong weed/drug smell, which was concerning—especially since there are signs mentioning cameras, but apparently not in the elevator. The surrounding neighborhood also did not feel safe for families. There were many homeless and visibly drug-affected people around the property, which made us uncomfortable staying there with our children. After spending one night, we decided we could not stay another. My wife developed throat irritation and inflammation, and I had a severe headache. We were traveling with our two kids and did not want to keep exposing them to those conditions. We ended up buying new clothes and switching hotels because the smell had gotten into everything—our clothing, bags, and even the kids’ game console. Very disappointing experience overall. The property did not match the expectations set by the photos online, and the handling of the room issue made it worse. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.
