Santana Apartment

El apartamento es muy acogedor, luminoso, muy limpio y muy bien equipado, sobre todo la cocina. Es muy funcional. Tal cual las fotos. Está muy bien ubicado respecto a todas las zonas turísticas, transporte y servicios, aunque en un barrio un poco peculiar. La propietaria muy atenta, disponible desde el primer momento de la reserva para satisfacer todas mis dudas y darnos instrucciones.

El portal está muy descuidado y las escaleras muy empinadas, nada que ver con lo que te encuentras al abrir la puerta del apartamento, que está perfectamente cuidado. Los dos calefactores son un poco escasos para calentar el piso entero.

It was very cold . The heating source ( two air heaters) was not enough for the entire appartement and after a whole day around the city it was not so plesant to come back to a location where you froze while wearing long paints socks and and a sweater insiden No curtains for privacy in the apartment - you has to close internal wooden blinds but this required to turn on the ligths ...so very little natural sunlight. The bed in the main bedroon was squiqing a lot ...

L’emplacement super intéressant. Pres du Rossio et de tous les transports. La facilité à trouver l'appartement et très bon accueil.

Bruyant le vendredi et le samedi soir avec le bar en face et les gens dans la rue.

La ubicación perfecta,y el chico que nos recibió muy amable.Nos dejaron pastelitos de nata y café,fué un bonito gesto. El barrio tranquilo,y el piso es acogedor.

La cama de matrimonio es algo incómodo el colchón,y el baño olía muy fuerte a tuberías

Está a cinco minutos del centro, limpio y equipado de todo lo que necesites, limpieza bien y la dueña encantadora...

La escalera para subir es un poco empinada..

Tengan cuidado con este alojamiento. Nos cancelaron la reserva cuando ya estaba pago generándonos inconvenientes financieros y logísticos durante nuestras vacaciones.

Met by super friendly host on arrival to hand over keys and show around apartment and facilities, as well as giving tips and recommendations on restaurants and sights. Apartment is in great location, near to lots of eateries, bars (the Queen Ale pub is recommended) and access to public transport including Tram 28. Good supermarkets nearby, good Wi-Fi and TV plus washing machine, dishwasher, balcony to dry clothes - ideal for longer stay.

Other guests' comments about communal entrance area and stairs are common to many apartments in Lisbon and Porto. This is a traditional building with modern amenities; there is activity on the street in the daytime and evening, but noise levels at night time are minimal for a city centre property - the steep street is one way with very low volume of traffic at any time.
