Property Notes

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival. The lead guest must be over the age of 25. There will be an additional charge for Electricity/ Heating. This will be yard read and charged on site. Please note there is no access to the hotel’s leisure center or swimming pool, but guests can enjoy the golf and Hotel spa facilities at an extra charge.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"I would highly recommend this property"

The location was fantastic and ideal for taking the family pet for a walk along with my daughters one of which has autism and requires assistance/support with everything in her life, the location was perfect for me to take her out without worries as there was a speed limit sign and everyone kept to it. with lots of different paths to go on adventures even a woodland walk and an easy access route to the town to post some postcards or pick up a few shopping essentials.

There was nothing we didn't like, even the weather was good while we where there.

"We had a great holiday and very it was very central to investigare the local area."

Anna the lady looking after the holiday home was excellent with her welcome and information about the area. Anna checked in twice to see if everything was ok.

I would have liked if there was a children play area . We did not have access to the hotel swimming pool which I was very disappointed about.

"Perfect family holiday, even in the rain!"

The location was gorgeous and the house was perfect for a family holiday- extremely spacious and well appointed. The furniture was all in great condition and comfortable and we had a wonderful time.

Nothing really to improve on- bigger mugs in the kitchen maybe? Genuinely, everything was very easy and the communication with the host was great too.

Good big size for families with kids. We were at a wedding at the resort so was handy for walking to and from.

Cobwebs. Patio door didn’t lock. Had to take the bins out and away along the road to the bin store. Had to strip the beds and unfortunately this revealed how dirty and stained the mattress and duvets were!!
