La ubicación, la bienvenida (toallas en la cama, champú, crema suavizante, jabón, utensilios de cocina...)

Olía un pelín a cerrado o a tabaco, debería de utilizarse algún perfume para tener una mejor sensacion olfativa al entrar, aunque nada que no se pudiera solucionar ventilando.

La ubicación es excepcional. El apartamento es cómodo y amplio, bien dotado de electrodomésticos.

La insonorización del piso con respecto a los vecinos de arriba dejaba algo que desear. No se escuchaba nada del exterior, pero por las noches se oía mucho ruido de los vecinos de encima nuestro.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy amplio y buena relación calidad-precio. Muy céntrico pero a la vez tranquilo.

La ducha pierde un poco de agua por una esquina. Necesita ser sellada correctamente.
