The staff were just lovely people and clearly want you to feel at home. The pool area is great and the rooms have everything you need plus the beds are super comfy.

Beautiful accommodation and a lovely retreat, close to the airport. Property owner was very pleasant and informative. All-in-all, would love to visit again. We were able to make Daintree Forest, Cape Tribulation, and Mossman Gorge in a full-day trip.

The air condition unit didn’t work in our villa, however the ceiling fan was adequate for our two night stay. Had it been deeper into the summer, it may have been an issue. Appreciate the property owners looking into it while we were there! Lovely people, for sure. Parking is good, however getting out of the driveway was a mini adventure. It’s either a 30pt turn-around or a strategic backup. Minor nit; just sharing for future travelers. ;)

The cabin was beautifully furnished and had brilliant amenities. The bed was super comfortable and waking up facing the rainforest was magical! We even saw a wallaby! The pool was beautiful and clean and we were so impressed with the location. The hosts were warm friendly and really responsive.

Beautiful surroundings, felt isolated even though you’re really not. Loved being surrounded by trees and bird calls. The pool was the perfect way to end the day.

This place is amazing, it felt like a home away from home and the views are breathtaking. I can't recommend this place highly enough, if we come back to cairns this is the only place we will stay. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

Wonderful, serene location by rainforest area. Room felt very romantic. Nice and small hotel. Sounds at night were calming. Free parking, but up hill.

Rooms are left open, it seemed, after cleaning, and so are filled with bugs on arrival. The rooms could do with some kind of privacy blind / curtain, as each room can see into the other. When traveling, we like to escape the challenges of home, and so didn't like the owner immediately throwing her political views at us at check in. We also left food in the outside fridge for our dinner, which got removed by the owner. They found it in the end in her own fridge, but was not on.
