Location was convenient to the interstate.

The room was in rough shape. The door jam to our room was broken, so it was difficult to close the door. The shower/tub's shelf for product was missing. Lights were out on the bathroom mirror and the coffee machine did not have the tray to hold the coffee pods. The squeeze bottles for soap/shampoo/conditioner are not a good product for people with arthritic hands. We spoke to the manager about the room and asked to have HH points added to our account. We did receive bonus points.

Difficulty reaching it from south major highway

The location was very convenient, right off the freeway. The staff is incredibly hospitable! The breakfast is fantastic!

When my door was locked, you could still push it open a quarter of an inch. I felt very unprotected. Very uneasy sleep. I will not stay at this location again. The pink in the shower isn’t indication that the rooms are not properly cleaned. I did not find any hair or anything nasty. But this pink stuff is nothing. I expect to see in a hotel I stay in.

Excellent location in walking distance to local restaurants. Extremely clean facility, nutritious breakfast with a comfortable seating area. Pleasant and accommodating staff.
