Great location. Well connected to public transport. Many popular iconic tourist sites nearby. The apartment was well laid out and accommodated a family a five. Two maintenance issues became apparent. First, the electric socket in the living room when used fused out the electric supply to part of the living area. Second, the weather was unusually wet, and water started to started to steady leak through the roof into the stairwell creating a slipping hazard. Apparently, the leak was long-standing but had not been fixed. Finally, the bedroom faced onto the street and was noisy and cold due to the windows not being double-glazed. If these structural issues were corrected this would be an exceptional place to stay and enjoy Sydney in the cold and wet months of winter.
