Location and bed comfortable

Lots of damages on walls, decking broken outside the entrance, fridge freezer door handle broken off so wouldn’t close, toilet flush one side broken, bathroom sink loose, curtains half hanging off. Dangerous cobbles to walk up to entrance. No extra blankets in case cold, 1 cushion each instead of pillows. Only one bedside cabinet. No view as implied on pictures. Outside furniture dirty and not as advertised. Cleaning was not up to standard. I was very surprised to find out I needed to pay a €200 deposit before we arrived . Totally my fault but I’ve never experienced that with a booking.com booking before. I expected, because of this to get a beautiful apartment but on arrival, there was so many damages, I was left with no alternative but to make videos and take time stamped photos for my protection. The apartment needs a lot of care to warrant a deposit like that. I’ll admit it was located very well but felt more like student accommodation or a prison cell

Listing looked great.

I was denied checkin and the host was very unhelpful and didn't reply in the end. I booked it saturday for saturday night, but when I tried to transfer the required deposit I found out it's impossible to make an instant IBAN transfer in the weekends. I messaged the host who said it was my problem, there was no other way to pay the deposit, and was very unhelpful and didn't even reply when I asked if we could then cancel the booking. I find it very unreasonable that it is possible to book the apartment on the same day in the weekends. It is literally impossible for any international person to transfer the required deposit in time. And the behaviour and ghosting from the host was really disheartening.

Tuve que transferir 200 euros como depósito (mi banco me cobró comisión) una vez que ya había pagado la reserva no reembolsable. Cuando llegué no funcionaba la clave de acceso. Llamé por teléfono y salía un contestador. Les escribí un email y ya me contestaron. Tardaron 1h y media en llegar con las llaves. El apartamento no tiene ventanas al exterior (solo pequeños ventanucos en el techo. Absurdamente caro

Apartamento bonito, prático e localizado no centro. Com estacionamento gratuito muito perto. Boas comodidades e bem equipado.

Poderia estar mais limpo, o chão tinha bastante pó. O colchão não era muito confortável mas para apenas uma noite está ok

Le bruit du train derrière la maison chaque 1/2 heure la nuit il marche pas heureusement. L’eaux c’est coupé la matin a 09h00 on plein douche ma femme était obliger de sortir pour acheter l’eau pour terminer ma douche 😡. Aussi on a u un retard pour l’accès a cause d’un problème sur l’appareil du code d’accès qui me marchée pas. Heureusement il on envoyer une damne pour nous faire entrée et nous remette les clefs
