Flat is ok, but be warned! UPDATE: The make false accusations and dont return the 100 Euro deposit. Dont book!

They do not return the deposit of 100 EURO! They do not answer on my messages. Cannot resolve the issue. Be careful with them! Also there is a smell in the apartment.

I can’t rate the facilities as we chose not to stay there. The first contact with the owner was terrible so we chose to book another place. Empathy and friendliness are surely not the qualities you will find there. We asked for a baby bed and the reply was to bring our own, very easy when flying. I also found very dodgy to have to give 100e deposit by bank transfer, it was mentiones few times in reviews that the money was never returned.

The only two things I can talk about in a positive way are: the air conditioning (it worked) and a smart TV (it worked).

Minuscule appartment, with no view at all (except a wall), without any wardrove in the bedroom or a mat in the bathroom and with a precarious kitchen. It is in front of the port and far from the city centre. It is one little open space in which there are an unconfortable bed (1,35 cm) , a transparent walls bathroom, a 2 places sofa and a minuscule kitchen. Claustrophobic and unconfortable, with many flies. Too expensive comparing the price with the space and the comfort level. No professional showed up to receive us. The phone contact provided did not work. Be careful if he says that 2 adults with a 14 years old son can be accomodated therein. There is neither space nor a bed or a bed-sofa for that and one of the three of you will have to sleep on the floor. It is a small appartment even for 2 people!.

We stayed in the second floor apartment for one night, which was very comfortable. Modern design and furniture, you can have breakfast on the cozy terrace. Restaurant nearby

For me it's strange that the bathroom has a glass wall. You can hear the train quite loudly.

The apartment is very stylish.The outside seating areas is a bonus .The location is pretty good being near the port and river front. The litlle beach further up the coast is lovely you can swim there and the ferry to Troia is lovely to do The cultural history is everwhere churches castles museums all good Setubal has some great places to eat from a variety of cuisines

The little path to the building is a bit grim full of rubbish but once inside the metal door its a different world Please read the deposite requirement - you will need to pay and additional 100 euro - you will receive it back though
