The location is central, many food outlets nearby. walking distance to attractions. Friendly staffs There is a Western cafe sharing the ground floor with hotel reception, everyday are full house in the evening

Staffs are friendly and the property is quite clean.

The ceiling of the room is too low can cause uncomfortable feeling.

It's cheap.

1) I offered to pay extra to upgrade the room but was denied. Instead I had to pay for another room for comfort. 2) The card terminal wasn't working so could only use cash. 3) Late check out was offered and when I want to pay for late check out somehow I cant because there's already guest wanting to check in at 1230pm. Why offer then? 4) No space to do work at all for a laptop.

Hotel infront of noisy motorcycle shop and biker.gang House, aircond installed poorly (infront of toilet, blocked by cupboard) window broken leaking traffic noise, toilet floor always wet.

Noisy location infront of motorcycle shop and Mat rempit house, air cond slow to cool room and air cond blows at toilet door, air cond block by cupboard. My room has broken window let leaks air and illegal racing noise.
