Title: Serious suspected bed bug/pest issue and disappointing management response I stayed at this hotel from 5/31 to 6/1. The morning after my stay, I noticed multiple painful and intensely itchy bite-like skin reactions, which continued to worsen after I left. I am attaching photos of the reactions, as well as photos/documentation of the personal belongings I had to isolate and treat, including my luggage, backpack, personal clothing, and work attire. Based on the timing, pattern, and severity of the reactions, I strongly suspect I was exposed to bed bugs or another biting pest during my stay. This caused significant discomfort, disrupted sleep, anxiety, and major inconvenience after returning home, because I had to take precautions to avoid bringing a possible pest problem into my house. What made the experience even more disappointing was the hotel’s response. I contacted the hotel first to give them the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter directly. However, Al Jadir responded within about two hours stating that the hotel could not substantiate my claim and would not provide compensation or reimbursement. In my opinion, that response did not show that a thorough, documented inspection by a qualified pest control professional had been completed. No inspection report, photos, pest control findings, or detailed explanation were provided. I understand that only a professional inspection can confirm the source, but the hotel’s quick dismissal, lack of documentation, and refusal to offer any meaningful resolution were unacceptable. Guests should not leave a hotel stay dealing with painful skin reactions, contaminated belongings, and the burden of proving everything on their own. I would not recommend this property based on my experience and the way my complaint was handled.

Very clean and. Comfortable.

Limited TV selection and several channels that were listed did not work. Breakfast was average. Omelets & sausage sandwich were cold and not appetizing.
