The staff is very friendly.

Nothing.

Big beautiful rooms. The bed was very comfy and the TV was nice and large. My dog was welcomed which made it comfortable. I love the lemon scented lotion and would like to know where to purchase. I booked last minute passing through and took a chance. Now I will look to book other locations.

The only complaint is the breakfast. I know it's free but I see why.😆

Front desk people were very nice

The floor was dirty so dirty it made my feet and socks black also housekeeping barged in at 8:30 in the morning while there was a please do not disturb paper on the door handle

The daytime front desk staff were excellent! We were always greeted whether we were coming or going.

There was no place to put your clothing so you had to live out of your suitcase. The breakfast was marginal. The automated pancake machine was difficult to operate because it would not always work. Asked to have my room cleaned and all that was done was trash, towels and bed made without changing the linens. The floors were not swept the entire 9 days we were there.

No microwave or coffee machine in the rooms

Could hear people walking in room above us and their alarm clock in the morning. In the restroom you could hear the neighbors radio. In the hallway you can hear people talking in their rooms.

What I did not like was the first room that I was in was extremely dirty and did not have any shades for the windows this specific Hotel does not have curtains they have a Blackout Shade and a regular shade and my first room did not have that also did not like that there was or seem to be a very large dog in the room across the hall from me which continuously barked and barked and barked and then roughly about 9:00 9:30ish you could hear him banging something against the door and I am assuming that it was a hotel pillow because there was feathers everywhere in the hallway and coming out the door after that the dog did not bark for a while I was concerned that it may have choked on some feathers I did mention this to the front desk clerk that was working that night and he seemed to have no care he also seemed to have no emotions I had also mentioned to him and so did a couple other guests when we are at the pool that there was no pool towels and he seemed to not really care never brought us any. The next morning I also was asked how my stay was and I told the front desk clerks cuz there was two of them at the time about how our state was and they just said oh okay we will look into it not offering because we had to move our rooms and I had asked for a handicap room for my handicap spouse and my first room was but my second room was not I had also asked that I needed three extra pillows to support my handicap spouse when I made the reservation and I did receive an email response back from the hotel that said yes we can accommodate your need for three extra pillows well when I had asked for them the gentleman that night said I'm sorry I can only give you one so for All the Troubles I went to the didn't even give me some kind of discount or any money back.
