"It's a 4 out of 5"

This hotel was mostly very good. Friendly and helpful staff; light and bright lobby; all public areas and the room were also very clean and had everything necessary, including lots of plug ins for devices. A plus for me was 2 kinds of lighting in the bathroom plus a ventilation fan in the ceiling. Coffee available in lobby in the morning was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from front desk a day before my checkin to welcome me and see if I had any special requests. But - I found the bed uncomfortable - top mattress felt kind of saggy and unsupported to me and the pillows were all "mushy." There was an exterior light on a pole right outside my window (2nd floor) which blasted light into my room all night but the blackout shade did take care of that.

My experience overall was amazing. Tamara, Renee, Jade and Navy are you evening restaurant staff and took great care of all guest, knew you by name after 1 night. The rooms were clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and to stop by and visit with their evening bar and restaurant staff!
