Near the mall Banura is a helpful kind wonderful person, she helped topping up my Kazakh SIM card, helped printed the boarding pass. She’s a wonderful person. She deserves a raise. 10/10 because of Banura.

the location very well and staff behaviour were very kindly and good

the breakfast very bad just 2 eggs and 1 piece of bread And the breakfast was not a buffet and was served in our room without coffee or tea . It also did not have a lobby for chatting and speak with togather

TV and possibility of making coffee and tea. Attendant was available, friendly and helpful when we needed her. Breakfast was provided on time as requested.

I believe the check out time was 12.00 -noon, not 11.30 am, but we were told to leave at 11.30 am. One piece of bread was not and is not enough. There was no coffee when we entered the room. Bathroom did not work properly. One shampoo and one conditioner are not enough for two people for one night. Please, remove the slippers from the rooms, because somebody else used them before the next guest, and this is not good to treat the guests with used items. Instead, provide the new white slippers for one-time use for new guests per day.
