Didn’t like the breakfast to much.

Better menu and taste worthy food.

We have stayed at this location in the past while snowtubing at Blue Mountain. The location is great with alot of stores and food options close by. The room was clean and had a lot of space. Nice full size refrigerator. The pool was small. Very overcrowded and water was very cloudy. As a pool owner I wouldn't let my kid in. Breakfast had a lot of selections but not enough for the amount of people staying. The line for waffle toaster and pancake machines were long . Soo long by time you got to sit down food was cold and needed to be reheated. The complimentary tea,/coffee are was not adequately stocked. The hotel chocolate is kept locked in the kitchen area so you can not have one at night ( suggest bring your own if you have kids who look fwd to it) you have to ask for it during breakfast. This is 1st hotel I have stayed at from Hilton that we had to ask. The major issue we had was the hot water in shower. It was not even Luke warm it was an ice shower. When complaining to front desk he informed me that it was an issue with boiler. No compensation. No real sorry, just a Nonchalant answer thats its being fixed. Thats great but I am checking out. And the rest of my party couldnt shower before road trip home. Overall stay otherwise wasnt bad

Clean and spacious, more than what expected for the price!

Facilities were great - pool table, lobby and breakfast area, pool was good, rooms were a nice size. Staff was very nice.

Pool often out of towels and not 100% sure it was well cleaned

The young gentlemen that worked the evening shift up front were very helpful and attentive.
