"Could use some hooks in the bathrooms for hanging clothes up and we never did figure out the heat….it was chilly at time"

It was perfect for our group of 4 adults

The parking was inconvenient during the day…would have been better to have a parking pass for our car included in the price.

Excellent location in close proximity to the main city attractions in downtown Savannah

We inquired about a parking space in the property and received a text message confirming this option. However, when I contacted the property management as our booking date was approaching, they denied this option which was initially approved.

Location was great, the unit was clean and comfortable. When we couldn't get the key lock box to work (upon arrival) our call was answered immediately and the agent had a solution.

The parking situation was not ideal, but workable, but that was made aware at time of booking. The shutters in the bedrooms leave quite a bit of light filtering in at night (positive would be no need for flashlights).
