ROI stayed at Iris Hotel recently and, while the location and overall facilities were fine, there were a couple of issues that made my experience less enjoyable. One unpleasant incident occurred when I was asked to move my car. I immediately agreed over the phone, but shortly after, an older gentleman came to my room shouting at me repeatedly to move it, even though I had already confirmed I would. This happened while I was in the room with my child who was sleeping, which made the situation very stressful and unnecessary. In addition, the breakfast could definitely use more variety. The options were limited and became repetitive after a couple of days. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better staff communication and improvements in breakfast would really make a difference for future guests.
