Bien ubicado , atención excelente.

Donde nos fue muy incómodo es en el desayuno, falta de persona se nota, muchas platos y vasos sucios ( al sacar platos para servir me no solo encontré un sino varios con comida pegada las tazas de café muchas sucias. La reposición de la comida muy lento.

IN the overall, although it was no high season, hotel was somewhat busy (being a long weekend) We like the location very much. I love that has a nice Marina and it was son nice and great, relaxing view . Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice night rest.

As it was a long weekend, room was not ready at the time expected. However, the crew managed to facilitate our stay the best possible and speedy way. I didn't like that late check had to be requested a day previous to our departure, however, we managed it very well and my boyfriend managed to finish his work season on time.

The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly and helpfu

I never received the remainder of my deposit or the invoice for my stay. Even after contacting the staff multiple times, my requests have been ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable and shows a significant lack of respect for guests. I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
