"A very dissatisfied customer who really is seeking a refund for her stay."

After I arrived I had to be moved because the room was dirty with hair follicle in the bathroom and the floor was not vacuumed and the countertop was with food particles. Went to second room and TV was not working it was needing to be replaced. The toilet in the bathroom was not secure. It wobbled from left to right. The flusher valve was not working properly. The pillows were distressed and missing king siz pillow cases. I had only theee pillows and I still was not comfortable.

The entrance as I arrived was dirty and the FD kept on looking at her phone and not paying attention to her surroundings area. The FD attendant was not wearing a uniform and I really thought she looked shabby for a customer service representative.

"Horrible hotel."

This is a horrible hotel. Do mor stay here. I am a Hilton Diamond Member. They charged me 28.25 for a washcloth I used to take off my makeup. I have been staying at Hilton hotels for 20 years but not any longer. I will gladly move to Marriott after this experience. Manager will also not return your phone call.

"Frigid pool"

Overall nice hotel but if you want to get in the pool you have to wait until May. Otherwise you will freeze in there. I took a temperature reading with my Apple Watch and it read 69 degrees with ambient temperature of 102! This is ridiculous. How can a nice hotel like this not have a heating mechanism. I had to walk around in the sun for 15 minutes but my feet are still freezing. On the bright side if you have a fever come take a plunge and your core temp will lower double digits. We got this room to use the pool but it’s like there really isn’t a pool Ridiculous! Only thing I truly enjoyed was their breakfast. Other than that it’s best to book elsewhere if you want to take advantage of your hard earned dollar.

The property is just okay. The hotel seemed very understaffed. One day for breakfast there was no coffee nor food and there was only one worker putting the food out. Phones in room didn’t work to call front desk. Water pressure was non existent. Front desk was made aware and nothing was done. I would not come back
