Very clean and polite staff!

Friday night we were awoken at 3am with what sounded like a bar fight going on in the room above us. This continued for about 50 minutes.

The staff were kind and accommodating. I felt good that there was security for the building given how large the building was.

This is obviously outside the hotels control but the party hockey parents were absolutely out of control loud, and kept waking family up. They were obviously all congregated outside in the hall or had a door open, and their children running wild. I’d be incredibly embarrassed if I were them. There were plenty of other families who had large travel days, early morning outside of the hockey groups.

Clean. Convenient to the arenas we were using.

Nothing all good.

King suite was very nice and accommodated us very well

The shallow pool for very little kids was very cold and the cold air was blowing cool air right on that pool.
