Hotel room was comfortable. Good breakfast. Location was great.

I had an issue with billing as I noticed I was charged twice for my stay. Unfortunately, the managers weren’t helpful and were unresponsive. I spoke to one of the managers who said it would be taken care of and would call me back. I didn’t hear back. I called again and left a voicemail for another manager. Didn’t bother to return my call. Disappointing experience! Expected a lot from Marriott.

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Dream Wedding Weekend!"

We stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Lincoln last weekend for my daughter's wedding, we had 31 rooms blocked for it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Nick - the Sales Manager was so easy to work with, extremely accommodating, and so helpful through the process. Jamie, Carmen and staff were so kind and helpful to all the guests. The rooms were beautiful and immaculate! Everyone loved having the efficiency and extra room in their studio suites! And finally, we were able to all gather in the beautiful lobby area and outside patio with family after our rehearsal dinner and wedding. It was so special and helped to make the whole weekend unforgettable! Thank you so much Nick and team - I so appreciate you!
