Online request for identity documents and passports prior to the stay is done by scanning the identity document through a website for data verification. It is forbidden under any circumstances for any person who is not included in the reservation to enter the appartment. If more people than those established in the reservation access the apartment, the penalty will be as stipulated by law plus the full security deposit for noncompliance with the regulations for tourist accommodations. The keys are collected at the associated establishment on LIMONES STREET on the day of arrival and after completing the online check-in, we will send you the final information for key collection. Please note that the key collection hours are from 16:00 to 00:59.
