Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arrival, our check-in was delayed by more than three hours. During that time, we were told at least five times that our room would be ready in “10 minutes.” However, when we were finally informed that the room was clean and prepared, we went upstairs only to find that it was still dirty and had not been properly cleaned. The communication from the reception was also very poor. At several points, our questions were simply ignored, and we received little information about what was happening. Due to the situation, we requested to cancel our stay and receive a refund, but our request was refused. Another major problem was that the Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms where we stayed, making it difficult to stay connected. We had booked an all-inclusive package, yet we were refused a simple coffee by the pool because we were told it was “not included.” This was surprising and disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. To be fair, one female staff member genuinely tried to help and improve the situation, and we appreciate her efforts. Unfortunately, since we were staying only one night, the problems we experienced had already ruined much of our stay. The only person we would especially like to thank is Chef Thanos. He went out of his way to prepare a special meal for us and showed genuine care and professionalism. His effort was the highlight of an otherwise very disappointing experience. Sadly, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

In questa struttura purtroppo non c’è niente che funziona bene probabilmente a causa di una direzione inesistente o non in grado di coordinare lo staff. La maggior parte degli inservienti erano improvvisati e senza esperienza. Non avevano un divisa quindi irriconoscibili. . Alle 7 di sera la stanza non era ancora stata rifatta. Non c’era la possibilità di comunicare con la reception perché il telefono non funzionava, si comunicava per wa, ma dopo l ennesimo problema domenica ho scritto alla manager corrispondente la quale mi ha risposto: “I’m on my way “ in pratica arrangiati. Sicurezza zero. Viaggio spesso, ma una situazione come questa non l avevo mai incontrata, peccato perché la struttura per la posizione e gli spazi avrebbe una ottima potenzialità.

Fabulous staff, fabulous location and views and fabulous food. The staff in particular go out of their way to help you. We had a wonderful time there and would highly recommend it
