Komfortables einchecken, Anruf genügt um den Code für den Schlüsselsafe zu erhalten, K-fee Maschine vor Ort. Das Bett war bequem.

Die abgescheuerten Bettteile von denen sich bei normalen Gebrauch des Bettes, Teile lösen. Nicht eine einzige K-fee Kapsel, ich war mir dann erst welcher kaufen, es wäre schön wenn ein paar Kapseln im Zimmer wären, gerne mit dem Hinweis das diese 0,50€ oder 1€ kosten.

Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt gut, aber...

Nachts bis spät Party, störende Lärmbelästigung durch aufheulende Motoren und Gegröle Betrunkener :-((

The location was good, it was in the center

There was no reception at the hotel. We had to call a phone number to get access to the building, and our first call was not answered, so we had to wait outside. We were also not given any information about where our room was located and had to find it ourselves. When we finally entered the room, we found numerous spiders and spider webs throughout the room. There were spiders on the walls next to the bed, under the bed, in the bathroom, and even on the bed itself. The room clearly had not been properly cleaned for a long time. We called the hotel again to report the issue. We were told that we could send an email about it and clean the room ourselves using a vacuum cleaner located on the first floor. Even after explaining that there were more than ten spiders in the room, we were initially told that nothing could be done and that other hotels were fully booked. Only after insisting for about 20 more minutes did they finally arrange a room for us at another hotel and cover the cost. While the problem was eventually resolved, the way it was handled was very disappointing and caused unnecessary stress at the start of our stay.

A la llegada puede ser confuso porque hay que llamar a un celular para que le den un codigo, pueden mandarlo mas bien por mensaje y ya

Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel. Gute zentrale Lage.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten repariert werden. Nichts wildes. Was jedoch für mich als Radtourist sehr negativ war, war die Tatsache, das es keine Möglichkeit zum unterstellen des Rades gab. Dies führte zu unnötigen Diskussionen. Das galt auch für eine andere Reisegruppe. Da muss man sich eine Lösung einfallen lassen.
