Sautter Hotel Stuttgart City

Key hole on the the 1st Day was broken...i need help from on of the Room Service Crew to open it up for me..He was very friendly. In the evening i tried it my self and cannot open it...i toldy problem to the Reception and he told me he will just help me in the evening to open the door. Reception is only open until 10PM so i need to go back to the hotel so i can still seek help.The receptionist was friendly and he also gound out the key hole was broken so he told me he will let it be repaired. The next day i went out the whole day and came back in the evening with the fixed Door Key Hole.

Das Hotel hat uns trotz frühzeitiger Buchung ca. 130 Euro die Nacht gekostet (p.P.). Dieser Preis entspricht nicht einmal im Ansatz dem Standards der Zimmer oder der Sauberkeit jener. Der Teppich in meinem Zimmer lag dort garantiert seit dem Bau des Hotels; im Bad meiner Kollegin waren schwarze Haare in der Dusch. Das Personal war zwar in Ordnung, wollte aber komischer weise auch nicht wissen, wie wir den Aufenthalt fanden.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar, nur 3 Haltestellen (Kurzstrecke) vom Hauptbahnhof mit der U9 Richtung Bosnang.
