The staff is super friendly , they contacted me before arrival so that I would know the way to the hotel. They also upgraded me to a better and bigger room with the view of Mesopotamia.😁🙏

Vasat bir konaklamaydı. Yerin dibinde daracık bir oda verilmişti. Ölmeden mezara girmiş gibi hissettim basık ve küçücük odada. Aracınızı otoparkları olmadığı için sokağa park ediyorsunuz fakat araç park yeri ile otel arası yol yorucu çünkü merdiven ve taşlık engebeli yokuşlardan geçmek zorundasınız. Biz baya zorlandık valizlerimizi taşırken. Ayrıca daha merkezi ve otoparkı olan otel fiyatlarına göre gecelik ücretleri de çok daha yüksek kaldı. Çok daha iyi bir otelde daha az yorularak ve daha az ödeyerek kalabilirdik maalesef.

"Exceptional hotel, best in Mardin"

Homely, hospitable, very clean. They welcomed us with suggestions on places to visit. Their breakfast is warm & has a lot of variety. Despite being in a very old house, the building is well maintained & peaceful. I've stayed in several Mardin hotels & this is the best!

Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the road.

The staff is friendly and hospitable, the breakfast was superb and better even than some of the breakfasts at local restaurants. The room was very cosy they upgraded it to a bigger one without charge! overall a wonderful experience.
