Huge apartment, very well located for the ferry etc. Well provisioned. Easy access.

Despite the size…the apartment…and rooms...felt a bit crowded. And overall, the place felt a bit tired.

Spacieux, propre, fonctionnel, incroyablement bien équipé, une terrasse bien agréable et une situation excellente à deux pas du coeur de la ville. Tout est faisable à pied ce qui est un gros plus. Si vous louez, le parking du port est à 5 min à pied, il est sûr et ne coûte que 3 euros par jour. Vous pouvez y laisser la voiture sans problème. Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de croiser les gérants (self check-in) mais tout était très clair dans leurs instructions et le petit site web accompagnant la réservation est très bien fait. Le petit plus: plein de petites attentions à l'arrivée avec de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner et quelques plus dans le frigo. Vraiment très chouette.

La rue est très étroite donc pas facile de se garer pour décharger ou charger les bagages en arrivant ou en partant. Mais c'est un désagrément minime. Les parties communes de l'immeuble sont un peu dans leur jus mais honnêtement rien à redire sur l'appartement en lui-même, c'était top.

Well-maintained apartment from the 70’s. There was a nice partial sea view from the main terrace. Amenities include full kitchen with dishwasher, and washing machine. Furthermore, a powerful aircon/heater unit assured the right temperature in the large living/dining room. This is important b/c the unit receives zero sunshine, due to its position and taller buildings facing it. This is good news in the summer, but not so nice in February. Great cleaning service midway through stay. Bed mattress quite firm. Excellent location for travelers as both bus/taxi station and Heraklion’s central square are a convenient 12-minute walk away. Car rental office 30 meters away. Basic cable offered, so some Western European News channels available, but no CNN, also no ESPN or Eurosport. Overall, highly recommended for tourists who intend to travel extensively in Crete, with Heraklion as a base!
