Tam Hong Phuc Homestay Hoi An

The location was perfect to experience Hoi An old town. We booked this last minute and was happy with our room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants within a few meters and we were spoiled for choice. Also lots of tailors just around the corner. We were in walking distance of nearly everything and didn’t need to take taxis at all during our time there. Popular bai mi place around the corner too, best we had in Vietnam!

Showers could have done with a deep clean.

Good place to stay. No problems.

The location is right at where you want to be. It is accessible to shopping and dining. It is quiet and spacious. We loved the apartment.Thank you for letting us stay.

Was a great location and friendly

Just really smelt of mold and they need to update towels and bedding ect. The mold smell was really bad I don't know if the rain brought it out but yeh was hard And you couldn't leave a window open for fresh air because mosquitoes came in.

The owner were super nice and gave us great advises. They make you feel like you’re at home. The place is comfy and clean.

Location great, short walk to old Town, plenty of food, shops etc around

Location, walk to the river and all attractions. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed. Quite an attractive price, large space. Large shower.

Bad impressions from the very beginning. We were greeted by a mess at the entrance - scattered shoes and toys and a very dirty swimming pool unfit for use (the swimming pool was the main factor in choosing the place to stay, we didn't use it even once because of the dirty water...) The room needs refreshing, the walls are very dirty. The entire room is very humid, which makes it smell, clothes are slightly wet, towels and bedding are wet. The bedding stinks, I also smell musty after a night. There should definitely be some ventilation or a dehumidifier installed here. We used the laundry, the clothes were just as dirty as before. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. You can hear everything. The entrance door is glass, so it's not dark at night, it's hard to sleep. No soap.
