Tam Hong Phuc Homestay Hoi An

The staff (Nam and his wife) were unbelievably helpful, and friendly. Nothing was too difficult, always with a friendly smile. They made the stay wonderful. The location was also good - just outside the old city but close enough to everything that you could walk there. Nice and quiet.

Local Market and attractions are very nearby .... Four Indian Restaurant are located near the property (on a walking distance) serving good Vegetarian food (Non-Veg as well).

Located in a very narrow street, in the residential area ... but I must say: it's value for the money and very neat & clean ... with very good hosts. We enjoyed a lot.

Great location

The property was modern and the room was a comfortable size.

When we arrived at 4pm the man who works there said we had to wait an hour to check in.(which was a bit odd as we could’ve checked in at 2pm) Then when we finally got into the room it smelt of a dirty mop. We asked them for spray for the room which they provided and we opened the doors and the smell weakened. Another issue which has already been mentioned by others is that the laptop downstairs is on full volume until late at night and ruined our stay a little… overall it was just a weird experience. But not bad.

Location was walkable distance to Hoi An Ancient Town (7-10 mins walk) and is surrounded by good local food (eg. Madam Khanh The Banh Mi Queen and Quan Cao Lau Thanh). Room was clean, cozy, quiet and has all the basic amenities (especially an aircon that will definitely keep the room cold!). Hosts were friendly, are able to handle all our requests and queries. Do note: This place has only stairs to access the rooms (not recommended for folks that are unable to climb the stairs daily)

The need to change into house slippers/our own footwear at the entrance of the homestay was pretty cumbersome whenever we enter/exit. Getting a grab car requires about 1-2 mins walk out to the main street - use Madam Khanh The Banh Mi Queen as the pickup location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host family is so sweet. Our room (203) was incredibly clean and comfortable. The AC blew cold, the bed was wonderful, and the room was mold-free! It is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, hair salon, etc. The place was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. It was nice having a bistro table and chairs and a place to hang up our clothes, so the room was spacious. Good hot water, pressure, and shower head.

Nothing! My initial taxi dropped me off at the end of an alley and refused to go to the homestay, but the one that picked me up had no problem. If you're taking a car and a lot of luggage, ask the owners for the best road in (one is right off main road and easy!!!!)

The rooms are nice and big. It’s very comfortable with a nice table. Beds are very comfortable.

The pool is a bit too small.
