The property design is gorgeous and picture on the site are accurate. Wide space, comfortable bed and bathroom. Very kind staff. Perfectly located close to bus station- in case you don’t rent a car or a quad bike.

Nothing that I did not like and the staff was extremely polite, always available and very kind. Though the pool of the villa / suite is to be shared with another adjacent suite. There is no room service.

very tasteful, lovely staff - we booked the room with the little plunge pool. It was unclear to me that we couldnt use the big pool/ garden area as it belonged to the other rooms which made relaxing a little tricky in such a small outside space that came with our room. the room itself was very stylish and great aircon. lovely bathroom and a huge fridge for you to bring your own food/ drinks. A great bakery 5 mins walk away

- if you book the room with plunge pool (very nice)just know that theres no larger communal outside space available to you - theres no lounger to relax on for example as its too small, would be a great choice if you plan to be out all day and just want to cool off quickly when you get back but not great if you want to relax all day at the property

The place is stunning. The decor is beautiful. I loved the private hot tub, it lights up at night. The room has all essential toiletries in case you forgot something. Very easy to communicate, any questions you may have is just a simple text away.

The charming room set in a cave like arch has everything you could think of in such a cosey, yet spacious setting. The small kitchen arrangements meant we were able to have breakfast in two of the mornings. Theres even a little iron and ironing board! The private hot tub is a really nice touch to unwind before heading out for the evening. We arrived on the week my partner’s birthday and when we turned up there was Prosecco, cake and a little gift! It was so sweet of them. Nick, our host, could not have been more helpful and made the experience really special. His attention to detail and warm personality made such a lovely welcome. Follow all of his recommendations! The restaurants he suggested were all full of local people, delicious food scaled for how much we wanted to spend each meal, and super affordable. Santorini can be very expensive so I’d really recommend listening to Nick!

The location is a little out of the way, but, it’s very central to the island so you can get to the bud stops easily. There’s some very local restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Thera/Fira is a 10-15min walk and there’s a major bus stop there to take you wherever you like. We recommend walking for the first two days (but we like walking… 20k plus steps), and hiring a car to then explore the extremities of the island. The car hire recommended is fine, and no complaints, but massively overpriced. For the same price in mainland Europe you’d get a brand new model, not a 1990s fiat! It was fit for purpose though :)

Cosy and spacious property, the staff were very welcoming and helped us arrange transport from the airport to the property before hand. Nikos the host was very attentive, provided great hospitality and made our stay even better with his round the clock assistance & giving us recommendations on things to do on the island. The stay was perfect and after your first night you don’t want to leave. Overall, the property was really well designed and comfortable and was cleaned everyday. If we are ever in Santorini again we will stay here.

Nothing bad to stay about the property in general or the staff. Only thing was that we were expecting breakfast but because we stayed at the property before the tourist season the hotel manager was away and was unable to make us any breakfast in the mornings.
