Friendly staff en clean rooms

Great location, staff went above and beyond to fix a couple of issues we had. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with organising transfers etc. Breakfast was nice and decor in communal areas was lovely. Daily service was also good.

There were a couple of things that needed fixing which were attended to very quickly. Unfortunately there were also some other issues - very uncomfortable pillows and broken tiles in the shower. Not just small tile cracks but breaks in the shower large enough for you to cut your foot on if you weren’t careful and not really acceptable for a hotel with their rating and prices.

Excellent location, clea, beautifully decorated rooms, high tech lighting and facilities.

Room with poor view given despite request for a good view well in advance. Lack of soundproofing and common conveniences such as tissue paper, tumbler cups in bathroom, storage drawers, full length mirror. Most importantly being able to change thermostat temperature without have to request front desk to do it remotely.
