Owner and his staff where extremely friendly and helpful, good warm welcome. The English breakfast was absolutely bang on , 1 of best we had and would definitely recommend this establishment as very easy to sea front and would go back in future

The owners are absolutely amazing..couldn’t do enough for you and breakfast is large and tasty

Furniture needs updating and updated decorations would make it so much better .

"Lovely stay."

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the full English breakfast was fabulous all washed down with a big pot of tea. Thanks to Sammy for sorting out the dodgy tv remote. The room, while very small was cosy and had everything i needed.

The mattress was really bad. I had to try and sleep against the wall as the side closest to the bedside table went completely flat .

"Very chesp and you get what you pay for."

Location only.

Bad state of the room. I spent there 30 min only to look another place to stay over night because room was unsuitable for me and my partner. Shower was old and disgusting. Curtains coming of the window.
