Absolute gem of a hotel. Clean, comfortable, great value for money and absolute wonderful people. Breakfast was the icing on the cake. will definitely use again when in the area. Thank you.

"Budget premium stay."

Great owners and very neat place. Very nice contrast to the most of Blackpool bed and breakfast. Owners were fabulous and very approachable, breakfast was superb and over experience was very positive. Will come back.

Rooms could be bigger but it's the matter of building really.

We stayed last night as a group of 10 and the owner greeted us at the door and allowed us to check in before our check in time. Lovely man and very chatty. There was a breakfast menu in the room for the following morning which allowed for us to have what ever we wanted.

We loved everything. John and Sammy were excellent hosts and super friendly. We will 100% be returning next time we're in Blackpool. Our room was comfortable and we had a great 2 nights' sleep. Location perfect and quiet street. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much!
