When arriving staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, clean and warm.

Didn’t really have a problem.

The owner was lovely and talkative to all visitors and the room was nice but the bathroom could off been bigger as not had a lot off room to move and the breakfast was spot on and would stay again

The stairs was an issue as Iv got mobility issues so struggle but it was a last minute decision to book and go away and first time visiting the hotel

Loved everything about the hotel, john is fantastic, room is immaculate and the breakfast is amazing.

Fantastic stay

Sammy the host was cheerful & helpful, our bed was comfortable and the cooked breakfast was nice 👌 this b&b is priced reasonably.

Mostly it was the location, as we normally like to stay nearer the centre of blackpool so had to use a couple of taxis.

Everything was perfect honestly. The breakfast was delicious, a filling English breakfast. And the staff was extremely nice and helpful, very friendly. The room was clean and honestly very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect. The owner let us put down our stuff before check in time, which was extremely helpful, and we could enjoy our day without worry. The bathroom is a bit cold, but it is England in March so it’s expected. There was a hairdryer which worked perfectly, so that was very nice. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Blackpool.
