"An ideal place for a comfortable holiday, a large beach, many cafes."

Everything was wonderful!!! 1. The location is simply superb. Sea views from the window, the beach is 1 minute away, the supermarket is 6 minutes away, and public transportation is excellent. Several bus stops are within 9-10 minutes. 2. The room had everything you needed, even a blanket to throw over it when sitting by the window in the evening. The bed was comfortable, and there was a second set of pillows to choose from. 3. The room was spotlessly clean. Cleaning was done 3 times a week. 4. The staff was very polite and helpful. My friend forgot her beach towel, and the receptionist gave her this and two more towels to dry off with. It was still a bit chilly in May. 5. It was good that there wasn't a pub nearby, so it was quiet. You could just hear a little people walking by, but it didn't interfere with sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

Tutto! Posizione ottima di fronte al mare, appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario. Lo staff super gentilissimo, ci hanno permesso di fare il check out più tardi. La prossima volta a Las Palmas torneremo sicuramente

Ubicación muy buena si quieres ir a esa parte de la isla. Frente al mar. Con un balcón con vistas al mar. Todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable, especialmente Sheyla que estuvo en todo momento atenta y solucionó todo nuestros inconvenientes. Recomiendo el sitio 100%!

Zona difícil de aparcar. Aunque hay varios parkings. Nosotras tuvimos suerte y siempre encontramos lugar gratis pero no es fácil.

"Great location by the beach"

It was a great stay for a few days, the property is right by the beach promenade with many restaurants nearby and everything in walking distance. Quick check-in process and easy-to-contact staff at all times. Only thing to remark is that the rooms are not well soundproofed.
