Location is superb, staff very helpful and close to the town.

Breakfast choice a bit limited but still good quality.

buona colazione molto varia per tutti i gusti. Ed avere terme etrusche e massaggio a disposizione. Molto apprezzato anche il ristorante e la piscina esterna.

La tv non al piano del letto, per fortuna lumus ha portato il tablet così abbiamo potuto vedere The Mandalorian

This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The views around the hotel are amazing. The food in the hotel’s restaurant is delicious. Totally worth it!! 10/10

Breakfast was fine

The room we were in (n°130) was the worst one we had during our one-week visit to Tuscany. The bed and bathroom is on a mezzanine. It is not convenient, but we had been warned. The issue is that the stairs to the mezzanine and the step to the bathroom are actually dangerous to use, particularly at night. Probably no architect, or a very bad one was involved in their building. It would have been much more convenient and less dangerous to have stairs arriving at the same level as the room floor (see picture). The way the door to the bathroom opens is also quite inconvenient. On top of that, the bed (both the mattress and the bed structure) is very unconfortable, and the sofa downstairs is old and uncomfortable. On top of this, there was a water cut without warning around 10am. There is a kitchenette, but without any equipment, even to prepare coffee or hot water. The toilet cover was broken… For the price we paid, all this is extremely disappointing. Avoid this place, particularly room 130.
