Location - just perfect

Location is the reason you stay here. Overlooking the beach and walking distance to the wharf.

The cleaning wasn’t great, very sandy floors and verandah. A couple of dirty marks on the kitchen bench too that wiped off.

Great location and view from the balcony, unit was nice and exactly like the pics, AC worked great

Map of the rooms and which staircase to use on the door from basement would be handy, we walked our luggage to top of stairs in one stairway to find we were in the wrong one

The location is spacious, has great facilities for home cooking, cleaning etc. Good underground parking. Quick walk to all restaurants and bars. Aircon in both bedrooms.

Location was very good.

No Wi-Fi on arrival. Had to wait 24h before I was able to access my mail. The floors were still wet in the kitchen and spare room. Worried there may have been a leak only to be told that the owners had stayed the weekend and had mopped the floor.

It’s isolation from main street Mooloolaba was a plus. Minimal road noise , lots of ocean noise ( plus) and prox to beach was exceptional. Very comfortable beds, secure and quiet, unit provided utensils/ condiments and the small things that you can fall in on without worrying. We loved it for the triathlon weekend was right beside the transition area. ( huge time saver) , close to good coffee and seafood options. Undercover / secure car parking with space . Minimal other guests at the apartments with maybe two or three permanent residents who were lovely .

One bathroom , two toilets was ever so slightly annoying but otherwise that was literally it . We couldn’t fault anything else . Such a lovely spot .

We love the location and the creature comforts this unit provides- the King Bed in the main room however is a let down- extremely uncomfortable and very saggy! But apart from this everything else was fantastic!
