Garde and Warders Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at Garde and Warders Hotel in Fremantle recently. We stayed in the Warders wing in a delightfully renovated old prison Warders cottage. Great facilities, even “beer taps” dispensing cold filtered still and sparkling water! Comfortable King size bed, clean room and bathroom and a complimentary mini bar included. Also included was the continental breakfast each morning served in the restaurant at the Garde part of the hotel. A good selection of breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, juice and coffee. Cooked breakfast could be purchased at reasonable prices. We also loved the complimentary evening drink at the specialty Gin bar, Gimlet which was just downstairs from our room. The location was fabulous, right next door to the famous Fremantle Market. Everything in Fremantle was within easy walking distance to the hotel. I would certainly return and thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a fabulous base in Fremantle or Perth!
