Location was perfect, 2 mins from train station and 5 minutes from Windsor Castle

The "self-service" element of both arrival and breakfast was a bit strange

"Good and close to Windsor castle. Very clean."

Clean bedroom and bathroom. Good location beside Windsor castle. Entrance up an alley way. Scary at night as nightclub beside hotel with drunk behaviour at night.

Scary going into hotel via alley at night time as it’s beside a night club. Lots of loud drunk people with a fight one of the nights. Could be heard and seen from our room.

"Clean room serviced daily. Good access to castle and high street and train station."

The closeness to high street and Windsor Castle was amazing.

No restaurant or cafe just your room. No view from room 510. All you could see was other windows. No one to for assistance after 5:30 when cleaners go home. There is a phone number to call for help.
