ibis Styles Rouen Centre Rive Gauche

Excellent staff and easy check in, room was very comptable with clean bedding and great shower ( Ibis styles ) breakfast was plentiful, great choices . Easy access out of Rouen and up to Dieppe. Would recommend ! Easy straight walk about 15 mins into old town.

Secure parking is great and a lovely welcome. Delighted to find we could buy a drink and some basic snack food (great pizza). Lovely communal area, stylish and plenty of space. Good size room, basic but comfortable. I didn’t realise the rooms don’t have a kettle, cups etc … sadly, in our room the hair drier was missing, the phone didn’t work, which was important as we couldn’t speak to reception when the shower flooded because the drain was blocked. Breakfast was ok but one of the two coffee machines broke so big queues. Reception was busy when we left so not convinced they took on board what we told them. Undecided if we would book again.

Stayed here whilst touring motorcycles. Secure parking, good bar,and food. Clean and pleasant room and nice staff. Nothing to dislike, all good..

C’est le 2ème séjour que nous faisons en groupe (7). C’est toujours un plaisir ! Nos demandes pour le choix des chambres ont été respectées, Merci beaucoup. On était au calme. Le personnel est adorable et vraiment à notre service. Mentions spéciales pour Enrick, Lana, Alejandra, Éden (désolé si erreur d’orthographe) que nous remercions chaleureusement ainsi que pour l’équipe du petit déjeuner (d’ailleurs très bon et copieux), qui a accepté de le servir 1h plus tôt pendant le week-end. Merci ! Juste une petite déception concernant le service Snacking qui n’était pas disponible le jeudi soir ni le vendredi soir mais il y a un micro-ondes dans l’espace repas. et alors qu’on aurait pu avoir accès au service snacking le samedi soir, Evan ne devait pas être en grande forme ce soir-là pour travailler. On s’est donc rabattu sur une commande de pizza livrée à l’hôtel. Tout s’est bien fini ! Une décoration très agréable et une bonne literie avec la Clim dans les chambres ! Y aller sans hésiter !

This is a lovely hotel in a poor location. It is on the south side of the river and while we were told the area is safe we didn't feel that way. We would not have felt safe walking around at night. There are a number of takeaways about a 5 minute walk but for nice restaurants you need to go to the north side of the city. We stayed at the styles part of the hotel and it was fab. Very clean, quiet and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and good quality local produce.

Chambre confortable avec bonne literie. Il manque juste une vraie chaise pour travailler... Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de café à disposition.

Halte très agréable. Hôtel très calme, déco sympa.

Ich war sehr angetan von der Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption. Mein Auto war defekt und ich brauchte eine Werkstatt.
