AC isnt cool water faucet is bad and toilet is not clean

The room was dirty. The staff didn't even pick up the trash. Not worth with the price. I messaged the staffs before to request for more pillow, no response at all. I messaged like 3 times, no reply.

Close to ICE

No replacement of towel and water on the second day.

The location is close to ICE, it's across to the venue within 10 mins walk so it's really convenient. Check in and out process was easy. The bed is comfy and big for 2 people. It has private bathroom too

I got room beside the elevator, and the beep sound whenever the button pressed could be heard from inside, it was disturbing especially at the night. The bathroom was not really clean during our stay

Nice place to stay for a short visit. The staff are also very nice.

Arrived at 2AM+, check in desk still open. Area is very comforting and assuring, with guards. Walkable distance to ice bsd (10mins walk). A bery good place to stay if u have event here

Hygiene not well maintained. Floor is dusty, and mattress covers seem old. My bathroom door is broken. But all functioning.
