American Inn and Suites

I stayed for 2 days and the location of the hotel was perfect but i did run into a few mishaps. I ended up with a low fuse in the restroom that was instantly repaired. Then I noticed the wall hanger thing was detaching from the wall a bit scarry because it could have fallen on our heads. On the second day we noticed tons of mold on the ceiling so we ended up leaving and we ended up staying in wakeagan instead. The people at the front desk were very charming and welcoming.

nice tv bathroom need work and updated THEY HAVE A SHELTER INSIDE IT POLICE THEIR EVERY NIGHT the housekeepers are rude, they pick who gets better service and the better room the prices are high they watch you in your room smoke detecters dont work

Black mold and cockroaches found in bathroom. Room stunk heavily of cigarettes, though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Entire room dated - not worth the price they charge. Its more of a $29.99/night motel than sn inn.

The hotel was in a bad condition. The room was no smoking but had a terrible smell of smoke so I was forced to run the loud window A/C all night. The hotel did not seem safe although the surrounding neighborhood was not the issue. This forced me to close the windows as the screens were worn and gave no safety. The mattress cover had burn holes from cigaretts in it.

Horrible dirty nothing but nasty smell roaches and ants it’s supposed to be a hotel not a place to live monthly no breakfast coffee towels or maid service

Disgusting

No iron nor ironing board no hair dryer no where to put your luggage nowhere to hang your clothes

It was clean and fast to get into.

Bad attitude personnel, expensive, dangerous and not clean

Grows!! Bugs in the sink. Broken lights. The customer service was the worst. So rude!! Never come here unless you want the worst experience ever.
